Q: I have setup pinless phone number but why I was still asked for the PIN# every time?

Ususally the problem is caused by your blocked caller-ID. In our system caller-ID must be enabled to use the pinless feature. If your calling detailed records show your phone number as 2136299995, rather than your own phone number, then your caller-ID must have been blocked.

Please unblock  your caller-ID to get pinless calling. If you need to keep your caller-ID blocked but you still want to use pinless feature, please add "*82" before the access number. Basically "*82" unblock your caller-ID call by call.

If your phone number has its caller-ID, please Contact Us with the access number and your phone number.
