Q: I am using the correct access number and valid PIN, but why I was still told the PIN# is invalid?

If you had many failed calls and your calling activity was fallen into some patterns, your PIN number could be locked temporary. If so please Contact Us with your PIN#. Usually we can fix this problem very quickly by reset your PIN#.
