Q: How long can I expect Phone Card PIN after my order is being in PENDING status?

Normally we will call our customer within minutes from 9am to 9pm PST, Monday to Sunday) but sometimes it could be taken upto 4 business hours. Please note it is "UPTO" 4 hours. It does not means we take 4 hours to process it. It depends on how soon we can reach you directly.
