It could be because you:
- changed your email address to one that you have not used before on our website. Our system use email address to identify customer.
- are using a different credit card.
- placed the order when traveling in another state.
- are using different credit cards with different credit card holder names.
- ordered the same card within a very short time period. Our system holds repeated orders to prevent duplicated order submissions.
If you are a returning customer and your order has been placed in pending status, our customer service representative will manually process the order for you. This usually takes only a few minutes but, because it is being manually processed, it could take longer, possibly 1-2 hours. Please be patient.
