Q: I used my discount coupon code but my credit card was charged the full amount. What can we do about this?
A failure to provide the required discount rarely happens. When it does, it is because:
- Your did not complete your order within 20 minutes of validating your coupon code.
- Your closed your browser after you validated your coupon code.
- You did not follow the regular steps to complete the order. For example, you clicked "back" and "forward" on your browser after you validated your coupon code.
- Your browser does not support cookies.
- You did not use the coupon code correctly.
