 Q: My credit card had been charged but why have I not received a PIN?

If you have not received phone card PIN# after your order had been processed successfully, please login My Account to check your PIN#. Email messages to you could be lost because of the SPAM filter or other reasons. You should be able to find your PIN# from My Account at any time after an order is processed. If you cannot see PIN# in your account, please do contact us.
