The Two-way phone card  has proven very reliable over the the years. It can be used to make calls from almost anywhere in China including rural areaes. However this card cannot be used to make calls while using a cell phone on the China mainland. Cellular phones on the mainland cannot access toll free numbers.

The China Call Back Card  and the China Call Back II Phone Card  can call be used to make calls from China cell phone number but it cannot call from an extension number.
