The following glossary will help for our customers to better understand how phone card works.
- Local Access Number: a telephone number within your local area phone service coverage. Please make sure that calling to our local access number is covered by your local phone service provider.
- Toll Free Access Number: a free 800 number phone number that you can use in conjunction with your phone card. 800 number covers 48 states (some phone cards also have 800 numbers available in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.)
- Pinless Calling: permits calls to be made without inputting a PIN. It requires that you first register your phone number in our system.
- Rechargeable PIN: avoids the need to get a new PIN with each new purchase. A rechargeable PIN can be used forever as long as it remins active.
- Speed Dial: permits setting up shortcuts to dial acess numbers of destination numbers.
- Call Detail Records (CDR): Your call detail records.
