Dialing Instruction

IMPORTANT: When calling from a cell phone using a phone card,
DO NOT press "Send" or "Talk" key after entering your destination phone number. We STRONGLY recommend our customers to cancel international service with your cellular phone carrier before placing calls through calling card service.

How to transfer value

Dial 1-800-260-8608 or 1-866-396-2759 (USA) or 1-866-889-9293 (Canada) and enter your Rechargeable RPS Crystal phone card master PIN#, then press 1# for account setup. Do not make phone calls.
You will hear the voice instructions "press 1# recharge minutes", then press "1#" again.
Input your 16-digit voucher PIN#
then input your voucher pin's serial number
Finally press "1" to confirm or "2" to cancel. After confirmation, your old Rechargeable RPS Crystal phone card master PIN# receives value instantly from voucher PIN.
Repeat the above steps if you have more than one vouchers, otherwise hang up then make calls from local access numbers. You must hang up to make call from local numbers unless you are willing to call from toll free numbers with higher rate.

Pinless Instruction This card does not support pinless calling.

Recharge Instruction This card is not rechargeable.
