3. Internatinonal call enter 011 + country code + area code + tele number. Do not add "0" before country code and area code. North America call: 1-area code-phone number.

Pinless Setup Instruction
1. Dial a local access number ( or a Toll-Free access number )
2. To setup the phone in use: enter the PIN number, press # 15 # # after you hear the instruction.
3. To setup other phones: Enter the PIN number, press # 15 # + the phone number needs to tie up + #, for example: # 15 # 13232809118 #
4. To cancel the pinless setup: press # 16 # # after voice prompt.
This function can not be used if the phone's caller ID is blocked. To unblock a caller ID, dial *82 then access number

1. Please order a voucher PIN for recharge. At least one cent balance in your old PIN is required to enable recharge.
2. Dial a local access number (or a Toll-Free access number )
3. Enter your old PIN you want to recharge (skip it automatically if you use pinless calling)
4. When the system asks destination number, instead of inputting destination number, please press #7#[voucher PIN]# to recharge.

phones; office phones; phones in hotels, motels, and inns. Cellular phone calling toll
free numbers could be identified as pay phone call. Mobile phone users with unlimited weekend and
night long distance minutes are strongly recommended to call LOCAL access numbers (only LOCAL)
to get more minutes and lower rates.
