Update: Two-way phone card access number is changed
Dear Valued Two-way Phone Card Customers,
You are receiving this email because you ordered our Two-Way phone card in the
past three months from eCallChina.com. We are writing to inform you that there
are some recent updates for the Two-way phone card access numbers.
1. 108868 is no longer in service in China. If you use this number now you will
hear invalid account number.
2. 800-820-1082 is the toll free number in China you need to dial (no "1" before
"800"). It should be available anywhere in mainland China, including Tibet.
3. Must use regular phone service to use this card in China. You cannot call
from 200, 201, 17910, 17920, 17930 and other irregular phone service. China
mobile phone cannot call 800 numbers, so you can NOT use this card from China
mobile phone. However, you should be able to call from extension number and
personal handy phone system (Xiao Ling Tong).
We recently released our new product - China Call Back phone card. This new card
has cheaper rate calling from China but it has restrictions: cannot call from
extension number such as hotel number, and cannot call from personal handy phone
system. However, this card can call from China mobile phone.
